PT HPM adalah agen tunggal pemegang merk Honda di Indonesia yang berhak memasarkan, memproduksi, dan mendistribusikan mobil dengan merk Honda ke pasar lokal maupun ekspor.

Rule & Regulation Staff

Job description:

  1. Develop and socialize company regulations, maintain discipline, review the appropriate penalty and oversee the corrected action, also maintain bipartite communication with a labor union in order to create a conducive and harmonious work environment.
  2. The main roles of staff level are to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, able to identify potential problems and find solutions, and able to improve self-competence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Law with minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)
  • Maximum age is 27
  • Familiar and understand about labor law
  • Strong communication skill
  • Discipline, firm and have a strong leadership
  • Able to perform legal drafting & penalty drafting
  • Preferred already participate in PKPA course
  • Proficient in English (both oral & written)
  • Willing to work under shifting hours
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Must have valid TOEFL certification with minimum score of 400
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Understand about ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
  • Must have Certificate of Good Conduct: Indonesian Police Certificate (SKCK)
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java

Field Operation Service Staff

Job description:

  1. Control the dealer after-sales service operations by reviewing the dealers performance periodically, conduct training for the dealers who cannot achieve KPI’s, analyze, create strategies and standardization to maintain and improve dealer performance to align with the company’s strategy and the needs of each dealer.
  2. The main roles of staff level are to improve work processes, manage working  time and resources effectively, able to identify potential problems and find solutions, and able to improve self-competence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)
  • Maximum age is 27
  • Strong analytical thinking & attention to detail
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Have an interest in the automotive field (automobile)
  • Willing to travel around Indonesia for the training process
  • Preferred having car driving license (SIM A)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD or Catia
  • Proficient in English (both oral & written)
  • Must have valid TOEFL certification with minimum score of 400
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Certificate of Good Conduct: Indonesian Police Certificates (SKCK)
  • Must have tax ID number (NPWP)

Job description:

  1. Create sales forecasts accurately by analyzing sales results, coordinate with related departments to gather the data to formulate future sales forecasts, and also receive orders for sales of export units.
  2. The main roles of staff level are to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, able to identify potential problems and find solutions, and able to improve self-competence.

  • Bachelor of Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)
  • Maximum age is 27
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient and thorough in processing and analyzing data
  • Proficient in English (both oral & written)
